The ArmHer Collective, Sex Workers Advisory Network of Sudbury (SWANS), AIDS Committee of North Bay and Area (ACNBA) and Nipissing University proudly present Project ArmHer, a powerful multi-media presentation based on the creative contributions of women with lived experiences in sex work and their allies, to campus on Wednesday, May 23, at 2 p.m. in the Nipissing Theatre (F213).

Like it or not, conflicts arise.  Over time, we will all be faced with countless conflicts, some minor, some violently charged, others emotionally charged.  Sometimes conflict can be beneficial. How we work to resolve conflicts for a greater good is vital to a positive future.  Nipissing University is pleased to host a special lecture and workshop by Dr. Evan Hoffman on conflict resolution this weekend.  

​Nipissing University is pleased to host the North Bay Regional Heritage Fair, Friday, May 11, in the Robert J. Surtees Student Athletics Centre.

Dr. Steven Arnocky, associate professor of psychology, and his team will utilize the lab to help clarify the complex interplay between personality, immune function, hormones, and social context and how such factors interact to predict mating patterns and behaviour, as well as competition, intimate partner violence and sexual violence.
