Nipissing University provides wireless access across campus. Use the network that matches your role or visitor status. 

Choose the correct network;

User group Network Sign-in 
Students eduroam Nipissing username and password 
Faculty eduroam or NUSTAFF Nipissing username and password 
Staff NUSTAFF Nipissing username and password 
Guests and visitors NUPUBLIC Name and email address 

 

How to connect 

  • Open the Wi-Fi settings on your device 

  • Select the appropriate campus network 

  • Enter your Nipissing username and password when required 

  • Follow the device prompts to complete the connection 

  • Device-specific instructions should be provided through Help Desk Knowledge Base articles. 

If you cannot connect  

  • Confirm that you selected the correct network 

  • Check your username and password 

  • If your password recently changed, remove the saved network and reconnect 

  • Turn Wi-Fi off and back on or restart the device 

If the issue continues, submit a Help Desk ticket and include the network name, device type, campus location, and any error message or screenshot.
