Acceptable Use of Qualtrics
Qualtrics users agree that the platform is to be used solely for authorized academic, research, administrative purposes, and/or incidental, non-commercial personal use and agree to assume responsibility for any unauthorized use, misuse or illegal use of this resource.
Qualtrics users are required to use one of Nipissing University branded themes located under the look & feel tab to identify the survey as a Nipissing University survey.
How to Access Qualtrics
Your Nipissing employee or student account provides you the ability to access the Qualtrics service without having to remember a separate username or password. Nevertheless, setting up your Qualtrics account for the first time requires a one-time specific process. Failing to do so may prevent you from accessing Qualtrics until the issue is corrected.
- In your preferred browser, confirm that you have signed into at least one Nipissing service with your employee or student account.
- Navigate to the Qualtrics sign in page: https://nipissingu.ca1.qualtrics.com/
- If you do not already have a Qualtrics account associated with the account you are signed in with, select "No, I don't have a preexisting account here." (Otherwise you will simply be signed into the Qualtrics service without needing to take any further action.)
- If the system was successful in setting up your new Qualtrics account and associating it with your Nipissing login then you will see a page with the message "Your user was created successfully."
- Click the "Sign In" button to be taken to the main Qualtrics landing page.
- Accept the terms of service to complete your account set up.
Going forward, you can access Qualtrics simply by navigating to the Qualtrics sign in page after signing into another Nipissing service in your browser.
