The Academic Advising Office is available to students who require advice on academic matters or assistance planning and interpreting academic policies. They are available for appointments year-round and also offer drop-in appointments every-week.

The Admissions Office receives and evaluates applications to all academic programs, answers applicants' questions and facilitates student admission to the University.

RECORDS AND REGISTRATION
The Records and Registration Office provides information to students, faculty, and the general public and offers a wide range of services (official transcripts, information on course and program requirements, enrolment verification letters, course registration, course and exam timetables, room bookings, graduation, etc.).
(September to April): Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:30 p.m.
(May to August): Monday to Friday 8:30 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
