Social Welfare and Social Development Speaker Series: Dr. Daniel Brant

As part of its Speaker Series, the Social Welfare and Social Development Department is welcoming the campus community and the public to a presentation by Dr. Daniel Brant, Coordinator of Bimaadiziwin Reconciliation Circle, in room A259, at 8:30 a.m., on Friday, October 7, 2022.  

The presentation it titled “Is Indigenous Reconciliation Real? How Do We Know When Reconciliation is Happening?” 

Dr. Brant has decades of experience working for leading Indigenous organizations and promoting Indigenous movements and is presently a Social Sciences and Humanities Research Council (SSHRC)-funded post-doctorate with Nipissing University’s Social Welfare and Development Department.
