Homecoming is a time to celebrate Nipissing University and the many achievements of our graduates as we welcome them back to their alma mater. Nipissing University invites all alumni to relive their campus experience virtually and for students, staff, faculty and friends to celebrate their campus pride.

At Canadore College and Nipissing University, we believe all students and employees have a right to work and study in an environment free from any sexual violence or harassment.  Our policies already address the issues raised by the Ministry of Colleges and Universities; however, our institutions will complete the review as outlined by the ministry.

In June of this year, the federal government legislated September 30, 2021, as the National Day for Truth and Reconciliation. As President, I am declaring that Nipissing University will recognize this day as a holiday, and as such, remote and in-person classes will be cancelled, and employees will not be required to report to work.
