Manulife Financial Bursary
Presented annually to an upper year, full-time student, with social welfare as a major, to ensure that a Nipissing University education remains financially accessible. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Ontario as defined by OSAP. Complete a Web Bursary application, available on Web Advisor beginning October 1. Deadline: 4:00 pm November 1.

Optimum Frontier Insurance Business Proficiency Award
Presented annually to a full-time second, third or fourth year student enrolled in the Nipissing University School of Business and Economics with a minimum average of 75%. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Ontario as defined by OSAP.

Northmar Distributors' Award in Business Administration
Presented annually to a full-time upper year student enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Administration program with a minimum average of 75%. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and must be a resident of Ontario, as defined by OSAP.

Sara Whitehead Memorial Award
Awarded annually to two full-time, female students who are currently enrolled in second, third or fourth year of the Bachelor of Business Administration program. The recipients will have earned a minimum 70% average and will have contributed significantly to the local community on a voluntary basis in one or more of the following areas: Business, Athletics, and/or Community Support. The recipients are selected by the Business Faculty and must demonstrate financial need and be residents of Ontario as defined by OSAP. Complete a Web Bursary application, available on Web Advisor beginning October 1. Deadline: 4:00 pm November 1.

Bachelor of Business Administration Talon Tuition Award
Presented to two full-time, upper year students in the Bachelor of Business Administration program with a strong academic record. The recipients must also demonstrate financial need and be residents of Ontario as defined by OSAP.

J.S. Redpath Limited Award in Business
Designed to attract students to the Bachelor of Business Administration degree program. The recipients must possess a minimum 75% on his/her best six 4U or 4M final grades,and exemplify interest and involvement in extra-curricular activities. The recipients must also demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Ontario as defined by OSAP. Complete a Nipissing University Application for Entrance Awards, available on our website in early March. Deadline: May 1.

Nipissing University Alumni Advisory Board-Reverend Theodore Sobisch Social Welfare Award
Presented to a full time second, third or fourth year student majoring in Social Welfare or Social Work with a minimum 70% average. The recipient must also demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Ontario as defined by OSAP.

John H. Clark Award
Presented to a full-time second, third or fourth year Bachelor of Business Administration student with an excellent academic record who also demonstrates financial need and is a resident of Ontario as defined by OSAP.

Stephen Carnegie Memorial Award
Presented to a full-time, upper year student enrolled in the Bachelor of Business Administration (BBA) program with a minimum average of 75%. Preference is given to students in the accounting stream. The recipient must demonstrate financial need and be a resident of Ontario as defined by OSAP.

CIBC Entrepreneurial Business Award
Presented to a full-time student who excelled in the Introduction to Small Business Administration course (ADMN 3306E) OR the Intro to Enrepreneurshop (ADMN 2156). The recipient must demonstrate financial need. Students must be nominated by their Department. The recipient must demonstrate financial need.
