Nipissing department of Psychology’s speaker series features Dr. Matti Saari, Professor of Psychology, discussing his recent work and travels during his sabbatical year. Titled From Leipzig to Chester: Travels in the History of Psychology

The Canadian International Council (CIC) Nipissing District Branch welcomes Dr. Greg Donaghy to Nipissing’s campus for a special lecture on foreign policy on Wednesday, October 4, at 7 p.m. in room A122.

Nipissing University is hosting NU2042 as part of its 25th anniversary this year.  The event features five researchers giving short, five-minute presentations about how the world might be changed by their research in the next 25 years.

Nipissing University welcomes Dr. Margot Maddison-MacFadyen to campus for a special lecture, titled Critical Histories and Geographies of Colonial Enslavement: Mary Prince and Her Enslavement Story, The History of Mary Prince, A West Indian Slave, Related by Herself, on Friday March 24 at 2:30 p.m. in room A252. Dr. Maddison-MacFadyen is a Canada Research Chair Postdoctoral Fellow at Nipissing University.

Nipissing University’s Psychology Speaker Series welcomes Dr. Sujeenthar Tharmalingam, of the Northern Ontario School of Medicine, Laurentian University, to campus for a lecture titled Modern cutting-edge molecular tools for the treatment of developmental brain disorders.
