Mental Health First Aid:
Supporting Youth Aged 12–24

This is a paid training designed to enhance your competencies in supporting youth mental health.

Target Audience:

Adults who work with or support youth aged 12–24 (e.g., educators, coaches, mentors, frontline staff, community workers).

Training Overview:

Learn how to provide initial support to youth experiencing mental health challenges or crises. This evidence-based course covers:

  • Understanding mental health problems and reducing stigma
  • Substance-related disorders
  • Mood, anxiety, trauma-related, eating, and psychotic disorders
  • Practical strategies for early intervention and crisis response
