Young and Johnstone earn Lakers Athletes of the Week

Congratulations to the first Lakers Greco's Athletes of the Week of 2018-19; Women’s soccer player Andrea Young and Men’s soccer player Andrew Johnstone. 

Lakers forward Young picked up where she left off last season. After leading the Lakers in goals in 2017, Young scored in both games this weekend, helping Nipissing to a win and a tie against Ottawa and Carleton.

Lakers goalkeeper Andrew Johnstone was stellar in Sunday’s match against Carleton, finishing with 10 saves, including a number of outstanding stops. Despite the loss, Johnstone was impressive in goal for Nipissing.
