Physics Day at NU

The department of Computer Science and Mathematics is pleased to welcome area high school students to campus on Friday, March 6, for Physics Day. The students will be engage in Physics related activities including a research talk given by Dr. Ali Hatef, a presentation by Carmen Wehrstedt, a mini-contest in which the students will compete against each other for prizes, and lab activities for students to explore the consequences of fundamental physics laws and principles.
