NU Muskoka on the air with Transitions

Dr. Anne Wagner, chair of the school of human and social development at Nipissing’s Muskoka Campus, is hosting a new talk radio show called Transitions on Hunters Bay Radio, 88.7 FM or www.muskokaonline.com. Transitions airs Friday mornings at 10:30 and will explore issues related to mental health, addictions and wellness, with a particular focus on young people. Transitions will consider the transitional period in life when young people are leaving high school and moving on to work, post-secondary education or other pursuits.

The show will consist of interviews and conversations with a range of individuals interested in transitional issues faced by young people. It welcomes listener input questions and suggestions.

The Transitions Team is made up of Anne Wagner, the Hunters Bay Radio Nipissing University Satellite Studio production crew and three dedicated students who are working as volunteers to help broaden the listening audience through social media.  ?
