Dr. Pitt joins curriculum consulting team

Congratulations to Dr. Jonathan Pitt, a part-time instructor within the Schulich School of Education's Aboriginal Education Programs and a former assistant professor of Education, on being named to the Elementary Teacher's Federation of Ontario's First Nations, Métis and Inuit curriculum consulting team.

He will be consulting for curriculum on Drew Hayden Taylor's play, Spirit Horse.

Recently, Dr. Pitt, was also featured in an article by Bill Steer, aka Backroads Bill, along with archaeologist Dr. Patrick Julig from Laurentian University, on Native Culture and Dreamer's Rock near Manitoulin Island. Of note: Drew Hayden Taylor's first play was called Toronto at Dreamer's Rock.
