BPHE students enjoy the natural beauty in North Bay’s backyard
Before the leaves turned and the snow fell, Bill Steer, aka Back Roads Bill, part-time professor in Nipissing’s BPHE and Schulich School of Education departments, took his year two BPHE students to the Eau Claire Gorge, as part of their hiking activities course.
Located in the Bonfield-Mattawa region, off of Highway 630; the Eau Claire Gorge is a hidden natural gem that offers walking trails and beautiful sights. It is a sight that can be explored year-round in all 4 seasons.
