Nipissing Brantford puts talent on display
Well, we knew it all along…the success of the Nipissing’s Got Talent! night just proved how talented Nipissing students really are.Nipissing’s Brantford campus hosted the talent tight on March 5. Students showcased their talent with 10 wonderful acts that ranged from singing and playing guitar, to a cellist and a flutist.
The judges had a difficult time deciding on the top three acts, as each and every performer delivered the goods. In the end, James Gould, a third-year concurrent education student, guitar player and singer, accompanied on piano and vocals by MacKenzie Leigh Meyer, earned first place.
Nipissing University Student Ambassadors did a great job organizing the event in celebration of Nipissing University’s anniversary. Thanks to the amazing talent, the large turnout and terrific feedback, plans are already underway to make Nipissing’s Got Talent a yearly event.
