Award for Dr. Jha

Congratulations to Dr. Mukund Jha, associate professor of Chemistry at Nipissing, who has been awarded an Ichikizaki Fund for young chemists. This is the second consecutive year that Dr. Jha has earned this honour.The competitive award is given by the Canadian Society for Chemistry. It provides financial assistance to young chemists who are showing unique achievements in basic research by facilitating their participation in international conferences or symposia.
Dr. Jha will be presenting his research at the European Society for Organic Chemistry Conference in Marseille, France in July.
