Dr. Campbell and Dr. Parr lend literacy and numeracy expertise
Congratulations to Dr. Terry A. Campbell and Dr. Michelann Parr, of the Schulich School of Education, on their recent selection to be co-editors of the What Works: Research into Practice – a series of peer-reviewed monographs published eight times annually by the Literacy and Numeracy Secretariat.Campbell and Parr were selected for the honour by The Ontario Association of Deans of Education (OADE), in conjunction with The Literacy and Numeracy Secretariat.
They will edit the next eight publications, equal to one year.
What Works? Research into Practice is a research-into-practice series produced by a partnership between the Literacy and Numeracy Secretariat and the OADE. It publishes research monographs authored by researcher-educators on topics current in today's elementary classrooms - topics related to literacy and language, numeracy and mathematics.
Any interested authors should submit their work through their Dean of Education to Campbell and Parr for possible peer review.
