Homecoming sells out

The office of external relations and advancement is pleased to report that Homecoming is officially sold out! 
More than 500 tickets have been sold for the Homecoming Tailgate Party.  If you didn’t get your chance to purchase your ticket for the tailgate party, don’t worry!  You can still purchase your hockey ticket at the Memorial Gardens box office or on campus at PALS convenience store.  (And remember to register early next year!)

Events kick off on Friday, September 30, with the sold out Alumni Awards Reception. More than 140 friends, alumni and guests will be attending to help honour Nipissing’s influential and distinguished alumni for their amazing achievements and contributions. 

The events turn a little more maniacal on Saturday as the Laker Maniacs will be leading the charge encouraging everyone to show their spirit for the blue and green! Saturday morning begins with Pints and Pancakes at the Lakers Varsity Soccer games versus the Ryerson Rams.

It’s going to be a fantastic, fun filled weekend for students, staff, faculty, friends and alumni to discover their inner Laker maniac and show their school spirit.  While the Tailgate Party and Alumni Awards reception are sold out, you can still enjoy many events, like Pints and Pancakes, the soccer games and the Dr. David Booth lecture.
