With over five years of experience in non-profit management his focus is on the impact organizations make within their communities. He strives to be an inclusive, compassionate, and empathetic leader who encourages his team to strive for excellence. He is a lifelong learner and consistently seeks ways to gain new skills and experiences to advance his skill set while also prioritizing the ongoing development of the entire team.
