Canadian Innovation Week features Education for Innovation Curriculum
A curriculum resource developed by a team from the Schulich School of Education is being featured as part of Canadian Innovation Week 2020, taking place virtually, November 16-20.
The week-long event, organized by the Rideau Hall Foundation (RHF) in Ottawa, highlights stories of inspiring Canadian innovators, online webinars, and the sharing of student and school innovation projects from across the country. The event also features a downloadable Partner Toolkit which includes links to the Education for Innovation (E4I) curriculum.
Dr. Glenda Black and Dr. Daniel Jarvis of the Schulich School of Education have been part of the team, led by Professor Emerita Dr. Maria Cantalini-Williams, that has worked on creating the E4I curriculum resource over the past few years. It includes both downloadable print resources and a newer, interactive Desire to Learn (D2L) Brightspace platform version, available in both English and French to Canadian teachers.
