Job Description:
Astolot Educational Centre is a private school supporting students with learning challenges. Astolot teachers are responsible for the following:
- Create an environment where students feel safe
- Model appropriate behaviour and teach habits for success to students
- Prepare lessons that allow students to access learning in a variety of ways.
- Follow school rules
- Communicate with parents
Required Qualifications:
- Ontario College of Teachers (OCT) Certificate is an asset.
- Previous experience working with students/children is an asset.
- Police record check

- Communication Skills (English Essential/French an Asset)
