An update on executive compensation
As previously communicated, Nipissing University, like all public sector institutions, is participating in the Broader Public Sector Executive Compensation Program.
In mid-March, 2018, Nipissing invited its community to participate in the program by sharing the Draft Compensation Program and asking for feedback for a 30-day period. The university thanks everyone who took part.

Recently, the Globe and Mail published a story detailing the provincial government’s recent decision to freeze salary increases for public-sector senior executives, pending a review which will be completed by June 2019.
