Hospital gets books from NU

Nipissing’s Schulich School of Education certainly enjoyed the gift of giving last week, as they donated $1,471 worth of books to the North Bay Regional Health Centre’s pediatric ward, mental health pediatric ward, and Emergency Room.The donation was the result of the recent Scholastic Book Fair, held on campus. The fair sold an impressive $3,000 worth of books, enough to earn the healthy $1,471 donation.
The fair was organized by concurrent/junior division students in sections 1 and 2, with Dr. Kristen Ferguson.
