Biomass Innovation Centre hosting event in Kapuskasing

The Biomass Innovation Centre (BIC) is hosting the latest in their Connection Communities– Building Futures community seminar series on May 1 and 2 in Kapuskasing, Ontario. The event istitled Fuels, ChEMS and Composites.
Organized in partnership with theTown of Kapuskasing, the Town of Cochrane and the Hearst Economic Development Corporation, this two-day event will focus onopportunities for utilizing biomass towards the production of bioenergy, biochemicals and biocomposites, with a regional focus on the Cochrane District. 

Day 1 will consist of speakers andsubject matter experts, while day 2 will be an interactive and collaborative design charrette workshop exercise.

Registration is $45 for the full event or $25 per day.
