Olympia Sports Camp welcomes campers with diverse interests, offering specialized programs across a wide range of sports and activities. Role Summary:
This is a Senior Staff role. As a senior staff member they are responsible for assisting with training, supervising and supporting staff across camp. The Head of Tuck is responsible for running the Tuck system as well as ordering and organizing inventory for the Tuck Shop. They will train staff members on the tuck programming and ensure campers and staff have tuck accounts properly set up.
Key Responsibilities:
- Train tuck staff.
- Order stock for Tuck Shop.
- Ensure Tuck shop is clean and organized.
- Exemplify and uphold Olympia’s core values of safety, teamwork, and respect at all times.
- Contribute to a positive and energetic camp culture for both campers and staff.
- Engage directly with campers, staff, and parents/guardians to ensure a high-quality experience.
Required Qualifications:
- Current First Aid and CPR certification.
- Experience working in customer service.
- Strong leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- A passion for working in a fast-paced, dynamic camp environment.
Desired Skills:
- Experience working in a camp setting.
- Experience training staff.
- Full G licence with Clean Drivers Record.
