A former professional wrestler and high school teacher, Stefan graduated from Nipissing University with a Bachelor of Arts in English and Philosophy, and later a Bachelor of Education.
As a long-time filmmaker, Stefan’s focus is on the exploration and re-definition of cinematic genres – utilizing or supplanting conventions and traditions to explore serious societal issues or to find a viable excuse to create a 7 foot goose costume. His film credits include the feature length film noir “The Pasta Killer!” and the Canadian tokusatu “Ghost Beaver Kick.”
