JOB OPPORTUNITY: OPERATIONS MAINTENANCE SUMMER STUDENT:

POSITION OVERVIEW:
Reporting to the Operations Coordinator, the successful candidate will play an important role in the upkeep of utility infrastructure and facilities.
Key Responsibilities:
• Maintain and clean the yards and grounds for all substations.
• Perform general building maintenance and yard clean-up.
• Assist with storekeeping duties.
• Manage daily mail delivery and pick-up.
QUALIFICATIONS:
• Education: Grade 12 Secondary School Graduation Diploma or equivalent.
• Student Status: Must have attended school full-time during the preceding year and be registered for full-time studies in the upcoming year (written verification required).
• Licensing: A valid Class “G” driver’s license is required.
• Skills & Physical Demands:
o Ability to perform physical tasks, including lifting and yard work.
o Strong attention to detail and the ability to work independently.
o Good communication, organizational skills, and a positive attitude.
