Building Resilience - Therapist-Assisted Online Modules were designed to teach you techniques that have been shown to be effective at improving your mood and mental health. Our goal is to assist you by providing the knowledge and skills to implement positive changes in a self-directed way. Improvements can be gradual, but with continued practice, the reduction of intrusive thoughts, overwhelming emotions and challenging behaviours will be experienced and therefore improving your mood, relationships, self-esteem, productivity and more.
