Our on-site catering provider is pleased to offer a variety of catering services to meet all of your special conference needs. We welcome you to plan your menu from our full catering package. Menu packages serve as guidelines to assist you with the planning of your special event.
If you prefer cafeteria-style service, we are able to provide standard meal packages with individual meal tickets to distribute to delegates, special guests and presenters. Meal times can be set to suit your conference schedule.
To ensure the success of your function, menus and final arrangements for major events should be made at least four weeks in advance. Final number of guests expected to attend should be confirmed during the weeks leading up to the event.
Menus and Pricing
Our on-site caterer, Chartwells, welcomes the opportunity to create personalized menus for any occasion. Prices are guaranteed for a period of 90 days, and subject to change thereafter. The minimum charge for all catering is $35.00. (Any food order less than $100.00 must be paid in advance, unless accompanied by a University or College signed purchase requisition. All prices are subject to 13% HST and a gratuity charge, unless otherwise listed.
We would be happy to coordinate catering on your behalf, through our on-campus caterer, and we charge a $100.00 catering coordination fee to do so. Alternatively, in most spaces on campus, you would be welcome to coordinate catering independently through Chartwells, or any other catering source of your choice.
Changes & Cancellations
Any necessary changes or cancellations must be made at least three full business days prior to your event. If you cancel less than three days in advance, charges will be applied for any expenses already incurred. Should it be necessary to cancel the day of the event, you will be billed for the full amount of the function.
