Online Course Schedule - Spring/Summer 2022

Registration begins March 2, 2022

Nipissing University reserves the right to amend course offerings and course formats, to limit enrolment, and to cancel courses. No grades are released until after the published end date of the course.

Course Scheduling: May 18 to August 5, 2022

All online courses are subject to minimum enrolment and it is recommended that students register early.

Both new and continuing students must register online using Nipissing University WebAdvisor.

Early Bird Registration Deadline: May 4, 2022
Final Registration Deadline: May 16, 2022

AQ Course Fee up to May 4, 2022: $675
AQ Course Fee AFTER May 4, 2022: $715

ABQ Course Fee up to May 4, 2022: $750
ABQ Course Fee AFTER May 4, 2022: $790

Online courses use the Blackboard Learning Management System. Students will not be given access to their course until shortly before the course is scheduled to begin (NO LATER than the day before the course start date). Login credentials are the same as for WebAdvisor.

ONLINE Language Proficiency Testing (Blackboard)

• French as a Second Language, Part I
• International Languages (Spanish), Part I
• International Languages (German), Part I
• International Languages (Italian), Part I

Candidates must be successful in the online test, for entrance into the FSL, Part I AQ course and the International Languages AQ courses. Students cannot be retested in the same testing period as their first attempt. In case a retest is required, we encourage candidates to attempt the test before the last testing period. See Language Proficiency Tests for further details​. Candidates must register for the test no later than 5 days prior to attempting the test. No exceptions.

Testing Dates:

• March 1 to March 11, 2022   
• March 14 to March 25, 2022
• April 4 to May 6, 2022

Online proficiency testing registration opens February 15, 2022.

IMPORTANT ADVISORY:

Requirement to be reported to Oct for Spring/Summer AQs and ABQs:

All graduating teachers must pay their OCT membership dues and be a member in good standing no later than the end date of the course. Any teacher who fails to pay their dues and is not a member in good standing with the College by the end date of the course will NEVER be reported for the AQ or ABQ courses taken in this session.  Please contact the In-Service Education Department if your certification is NOT complete.
