If you plan to have your graduation photos taken at an off-campus location, you can borrow a gown & hood by e-mailing: convocation@nipissingu.ca
All students must apply to graduate during their last term of studies regardless of whether they will be attending the formal convocation ceremony. Applications for graduation are available on WebAdvisor under your Academic Profile.
Diplomas will automatically be mailed to those students who graduate "in absentia". Please ensure that your mailing address is up to date on WebAdvisor.
Double majors can view their majors in the Academic Profile section of WebAdvisor. The major listed first is the ceremony you will attend; for example, if you are receiving your Bachelor of Arts in Sociology and History, you should attend the Sociology ceremony.
The deadline for June 2020 Convocation is April 1st, 2020.

If you complete your degree in April, you will receive your Diploma and/or Certificates following your convocation ceremony in June. If you graduate at any other point during the academic year, your Diploma and/or Certificates will be mailed to you.
Note: If you need to replace your Diploma and/or Certificates, graduates may apply in writing to the Office of the Registrar for a replacement of their graduation diplomas. The fee for this service is $35. Please contact the office of the Registrar: graduation@nipissingu.ca for more information.
